This 5 day ISO 14001:2015 lead implementer training course enables anyone who is planning to lead the implementation of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
The course covers basic ISO 14001 concepts, organizational preparedness for implementation, implementation scope determination, human resource allocation, establishing management related processes, establishing employee related/operational processes along with supporting tools, implantation strategy/assistance, internal implementation evaluation, external registrar led stage 1 and stage 2 registration audits. Loaded with practical scenarios, user-friendly templates and two-way discussions, this course is led by an instructor who is a Professional Engineer, possesses 20 years plus in management system development, implementation, and improvement.
The course is available in instructor-led online training over five days.

Participants who successfully demonstrate competence during this course will receive a Certificate of Attainment covering the following Exemplar Global knowledge competency units:
- Exemplar Global – ISO 14001 EMS Lead Implementer (RTP)
Participants not deemed competent are issued Certificates of Attendance and given the opportunity to retake the mandatory competencies previously missed.
Participants receive a package that consists of interpreting the ISO 14001:2015 Standard Lead Implementer materials supported by process approach examples, scenarios and case studies as well as other value-added reference materials

- Qualified Six Sigma/Lean Practitioner
- 25 years of experience in QMS/EMS/OHSMS consulting
