ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Course (2 Days)

Course Overview

Develop the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on effective internal audits of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015, using the auditing principles and guidance of ISO 19011:2018.

This intensive two-day course is designed for individuals responsible for planning or conducting internal audits, supporting continual improvement, and evaluating the effectiveness of a Quality Management System. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 while learning internationally recognized auditing techniques based on ISO 19011:2018.

This program integrates the management system requirements with practical auditing methodology. Participants learn not only what the standard requires, but also how to audit those requirements effectively using a process-based, risk-based approach.

Throughout the course, participants will learn practical audit scenarios, audit plans and checklists, conducting interviews, collecting objective evidence, classifying audit findings, preparing professional audit reports, and verifying corrective actions. The course emphasizes adding value through auditing rather than simply identifying nonconformities.

Recommended Prerequisites
