Course Information
EMS COURSE PROGRAM
The ISO 14001 EMS Requirements course is a 2-day, competency-based program that provides a clear, practical, and auditable understanding of ISO 14001 requirements, aligned with the emerging direction of ISO 14001:2026.
The course explains how organizational context, environmental conditions, and the needs and expectations of interested parties influence EMS design, implementation, and performance. Emphasis is placed on the process approach, PDCA, lifecycle perspective, and risk-based thinking, including awareness of climate-related risks, digital transformation, and data-driven environmental decision-making.
ISO 14001 requirements are addressed clause by clause, with focus on environmental aspects and impacts, compliance obligations, operational control, performance evaluation, and continual improvement. Where relevant, digital and AI-enabled environmental data and decision-support tools are referenced by name for awareness only, without instruction on implementation or use.
