“ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS Requirements” is a competency-based 2-day training program that specifies the requirements for an OHS management system that an organization can use to enhance its OHS performance by achieving its intended outcomes. The use of organizational context and the needs/expectations of interested parties are explained as the basis for designing a OHS Management System and its processes. The course empowers participants with the understanding of the use of process approach combined with risk management strategies to manage organizational risks and opportunities as well as OHS risks and opportunities. Participants who successfully demonstrate competence during this course will receive a Certificate of Attainment covering the following RABQSA knowledge competency units:
- Exemplar Global – OH-45001: OHS Management Systems (RTP)
Participants not deemed competent are issued Certificates of Attendance and provided the opportunity to retake the mandatory competencies previously missed.
Participants receive a package that consists of interpretation of ISO 45001:2018 Standard related materials supported by process approach examples, scenarios and case studies and other value-added reference materials.
